✔ V. Check in Check Out Oraret e check in check out te klientit jane : Check in pas ores 13:30 dhe check out para ores 11:00

✔ VI. SHERBIMET DHE MOBILJET  Energjia elektrike, uji, gazi, telefoni, kabllot dhe lidhja e internetit do të mbulohen nga Pritësi (Hosti) ose pronari Klienti  është përgjegjës për kujdesin e duhur për mobiljet dhe pajisjet. Klienti do të paguajë për çdo riparim ose zëvendësim nëse pajisjet janë dëmtuar gjatë qëndrimit të tyre.

✔ VIII. TE DREJTAT DHE DETYRAT E KLIENTEVE, MIRTMBAJTJA

• Klienti duhet të ndjekë dhe zbatojë standardin e pastërtisë së pronës.
• Klienti duhet te paraqes nje document indentifikimi I cili do te fotografohet nga Hosti dhe do te mbahet si deshmi per qendrimin e klientit ne prone
• Klienti nuk duhet te thyej rregullin e (maksimumit te personave ne apartament)
• Klienti nuk duhet te pi duhan (nese ka ballkon po) apo te organizoj event ne brendesi ti apartamentit
• Klienti duhet ta mbajë pronën në gjendje të mirë.
• Kafshët shtëpiake nuk lejohen në pronën me qira. Pirja e duhanit nuk lejohet në pronën me qira. (Përveç në ballkon nëse ka)
• Klienti nuk lejohen të mbajnë armë zjarri, harqe dhe armë të tjera në pronën me qira.
• Klienti bie dakord të mos e përdorë pronën në një mënyrë për të prishur qetësinë në rrethinë ose mjedis. Prona personale e Klienteve nuk përfshihet në sigurimin e blerë nga pronari kundër humbjes, vjedhjes dhe neglizhencës.
• Klienti Nuk do te perdure pronen per arsye qe bien ne kundershtim me Legjislacionin Shqipetar,
• Klienti nuk i lejohet të marrë me qira, të marrë me qira ambientet, pa miratimin me shkrim të pronarit.

✔ VIII. TE DREJTAT DHE DETYRAT E Kompanise Enjoy Travel and Tours

• Garanton se ai është poseduesi i ligjshëm i pasurisë me qira.
• Garanton Klientin nga çdo shqetësim që mund të vijë nga palët e treta në lidhje me çështjet e pronësisë në lidhje me këtë pasuri të paluajtshme që ai po merr me qira afatshkurter dhe merr përsipër të zgjidhë vetë këto mosmarrëveshje
• Garanton Klientin për të përmbushur çdo detyrim që del nga kjo qira Të kërkojë lëshimin e objektit në rast të zgjidhjes së kontratës në fund të afatit të kësaj kontrate. Të ndërpresë kontratën duke njoftuar pritesin nëse konstaton se Klienti nuk mirëmban pronën, e dëmton atë, ndryshon destinacionin e pronës, jep me qira t, nuk respekton kushtet e kësaj kontrate, si dhe në çdo rast tjetër parashikuar nga legjislacioni në fuqi për përfundimin e marrëdhënies së qirasë, etj. Pritesi (hosti) ka të drejtë të njoftojë policinë dhe të hapë derën me forcë.

✔ IX. ZHDEMTIMI  Klienti dëmshpërblen kompanien Enjoy Travel and Tours dhe e shkarkon nga cdo pergjegjsi ndaj çdo detyrimi si aksidentet, humbja e pasurisë, dëmtimi ose vdekja e ndonjë personi.

✔ X. AMENDMENTI  Kjo marrëveshje mund të ndryshohet ose modikohet vetëm me pëlqimin ose lejen me shkrim nga Hosti dhe Klienti

✔ XI. LIGJI SHTETROR  Të gjitha mosmarrëveshjet që do të lindin do të zgjidhen përmes palëve me mirëkuptim, përndryshe ata do t’i drejtohen gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor, Tiranë. Baza ligjore janë dispozitat e Kodit Civil dhe kësaj kontrate. Me përjashtim të rasteve të parashikuara në këtë kontratë, do të zbatohen dispozitat e Kodit Civil në fuqi. Nënshkruesit, në këtë mënyrë ranë dakord që të dy palët ta lexojnë marrëveshjen dhe ta pranojnë atë.

Sipas ketij dokumenti Kompania ENJOY TRAVEL AND TOURS me nipt M01404023P me ne krye Administrator Genc Minarolli mban te gjitha pergjegjsite per pikat e lart permendura

Personi qe do te firmose kete kontrat eshte dakort me te gjitha rregullat dhe politikat e kompanise.

✔ V. OCCUPATION The number of persons declared must be unchanged

✔ V. Check in Check Out The client’s check in check out times are: Check in after 13:30 and check out before 11:00

✔ VI. UTILITIES AND FURNITURE Electricity, water, gas, telephone, cables and internet connection will be covered by the Host or owner. The Client is responsible for proper care of the furniture and equipment. The customer will pay for any repairs or replacements if the equipment is damaged during its stay.

✔ VIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS, MAINTENANCE

– The customer must follow and enforce the cleanliness standard of the property.

– The client must present an identification document which will be photographed by the Host and will be kept as proof of the client’s stay in the property

– The client must not break the rule of (maximum number of people in the apartment)

– The customer must not smoke (if there is a balcony, yes) or organize an event inside the apartment

– The customer must keep the property in good condition.

– Pets are not allowed in the rental property. Smoking is not permitted in the rental property. (Except on the balcony if any)

– Clients are not allowed to carry firearms, bows and other weapons in the rental property.

– The customer agrees not to use the property in a way to disturb the tranquility of the surroundings or environment. Customers’ personal property is not included in the insurance purchased by the owner against loss, theft and neglect.

– The client will not hold the property for reasons that conflict with the Albanian Legislation,

– The customer is not allowed to rent, lease the premises, without the written approval of the owner.

✔ VIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS of the Enjoy Travel and Tours Company

– Guarantees that he is the legal owner of the rental property.

– Guarantees the Client against any concerns that may come from third parties regarding ownership issues related to this real estate that he is renting short-term and undertakes to resolve these disputes himself

– Guarantees the Client to fulfill any obligation arising from this lease. To request the release of the object in case of termination of the contract at the end of the term of this contract. Terminate the contract by notifying the host if he finds that the Client does not maintain the property, damages it, changes the destination of the property, rents it out, does not respect the terms of this contract, as well as in any other case provided by the legislation in force for the termination of the rental relationship, etc. The guest (host) has the right to notify the police and open the door by force.

✔ IX. INDEMNIFICATION The customer indemnifies Enjoy Travel and Tours and discharges it from any responsibility for any liability such as accidents, loss of property, injury or death of any person.

✔ X. AMENDMENT This agreement may be amended or modified only with the written consent or permission of the Host and the Client.

✔ XI. STATE LAW All disputes that will arise will be resolved through the understanding of the parties, otherwise they will be referred to the court of the Judicial District, Tirana. The legal basis is the provisions of the Civil Code and this contract. Except for the cases provided for in this contract, the provisions of the Civil Code in force will be applied. The signatories hereby agree that both parties read the agreement and accept it.

According to this document, the company ENJOY TRAVEL AND TOURS with a subsidiary M01404023P headed by Administrator Genc Minarolli holds all the responsibilities for the points mentioned above.
