Start Time: ~08:30 AM
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or a designated meeting point in Tirana, and you’ll begin your journey toward the historic city of Kruja, nestled in the foothills of Mount Kruja.
Kruja Castle & Fortress
Explore the 5th-century fortress that once served as a stronghold of Albania's national hero, Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg.
Skanderbeg Museum or Ethnographic Museum
Choose to visit one of Kruja's fascinating museums. The Skanderbeg Museum highlights the resistance against the Ottoman Empire, while the Ethnographic Museum offers a glimpse into traditional Albanian life.
Old Bazaar of Kruja
Stroll through the beautifully preserved Ottoman-style bazaar, where artisans sell traditional handicrafts, textiles, silver, copper, and souvenirs.
